Terms of Service for subscription (revised: 05/27/2017)


Bandwidth

No bandwidth limit while your subscription is active.


Billing cycle

Your account will be billed on a monthly basis, on the day you created your account (e.g. if your sign up date is 17th, your billing date will be the 17th of each month).

NOTE: If you billing day does not exist in the month, the last day of the month will be used as the billing day. For example, if your billing day is the 31st, then your account will be billed on January 31, February 28, March 31, April 30, etc.


Cancel at anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancel subscription does not delete your account. You can still use it with limited daily bandwidth.

NOTE: Unlike the upgrade/bandwidth ondemad system, there are no time, nor bandwidth remain after cancelation.


Billing failure

Auto billing might fail due to various reasons, we will not bother you with any email messages about it. Your subscription will be terminated if billing failed.


Refund Policy

Xusenet does not provide refunds of membership fees. If a problem should arise, and you feel a refund is in order, you may contact us via E-Mail at: support@xusenet.com, and state what the problem may be. We will then review the facts, and determine the eligibility on a case-by-case basis.


Zero spam and service only

Xusenet does not spam. Xusenet does not sell any product, herein referred to as images, pictures, and videos. It is service only.
